On 27 March, the Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators held a "cordial" meeting with three existing office bearers of the BCCI in Mumbai.

Two out of the four-member COA panel, Vikram Limaye and Diana Edulji, and BCCI CEO Rahul Johri held a meeting with Board's vice president CK Khanna, joint secretary Amitabh Chaudhary and treasurer Aniruddh Chaudhry.

Absent from the meeting were two other COA members - former CAG, Vinod Rai, and historian Ramchandra Guha. The meeting lasted one and a half hours, after which BCCI treasurer Anirudh told waiting reporters that "it was cordial".

On 26 March, the COA had issued a seven-point instruction manual to the trio of office bearers after summoning them for the meeting. As per the communication sent by COA, the instructions will also apply on CEO Johri and CFO Santosh Rengnekar.

It also stated that if the COA wanted to communicate anything to office bearers, they would do so through the CEO and all legal documents would be cleared by the COA.

All payments will be cleared by joint secretary and CEO. If they have disagreement over a particular payment, then COA's decision will be final. The COA will have the final say in rules that are applicable.
