US Poll Hack: Why Did White House Wait So Long to Act, Asks Trump
US officials have enough information to believe that Vladimir Putin was directly involved in the poll hacks.

After an exclusive NBC News report on how Russian President Vladimir Putin personally directed operations to interfere in the US election, President-elect Donald Trump tweeted asking if the White House had doubts over Russia's surreptitious involvement, then why did it “wait so long to act”.
Senior US intelligence officials had earlier told NBC News that they have enough information to believe that Putin was directly involved in the hacks that leaked private information on the Democrats and Hillary Clinton during the US polls.
The officials also said that President Barack Obama had privately confronted Putin during the G20 summit in China.
High intelligence sources also informed that no action was taken against Russia as the Obama administration did not want to interfere in the elections and thought that Hillary Clinton would win.
