Party Time! Saif Ali Khan Rings in His Birthday With Family

Saif Ali Khan turns 47 today and he rang in his birthday with his immediate family. His children, Sara and Ibrahim dropped in for the party, along with sister Soha Ali Khan and sister-in-law Karisma Kapoor. Karisma came in with rumoured boyfriend Sandeep Toshniwal for company.
