The trailer for Mission Mangal has dropped today, and it looks pretty interesting. Inspired by India’s 2013 Mars space programme Mangalyaan, the film features an ensemble cast that includes Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha, Sharman Joshi and more.

The cast of the film, along with director Jagan Shakti, had great fun at the trailer launch. Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha and Nithya Menen spoke about their roles in Mission Mangal, the preparation that went behind it, the inspiration for the film and more.

Mission Mangal is set to hit the theatres on 15 August.
