The government of Netherlands, on September 25, Friday, handed over the mortal remians of MH17 flight crash victims, discovered after May 1, 2015.
The Dutch embassy in Kiev, Ukraine brought the mortal remains to the Research Council for Security and the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Netehrlands.
The families, out of sight of the media, were invited to the ceremony on the Amsterdam airport, Shiphol to bid a final goodbye to their loved ones.
Inhabitants of the villages around the disaster area can continue to hand in items at certain points.

Since May 1, 2015, the Mayors of Ukrainian districts around the blast site preserved these remains until now.
