Photos of Baby Zuckerberg’s Vaccination Spurs Online Squabble

Photos of Mark Zuckerberg’s baby daughter Max ahead of her first vaccination ignites the anti-vaccination lobby in US

Looks like the Zuckerbergs have managed to trigger an online debate. This time because of their baby daughter Max. Mark Zuckerberg posted a photo of himself waiting at a doctor’s clinic with Max on his lap and captioned it “Doctor’s visit, time for vaccines”.

His post has got over 32,000 shares and 31 lakh likes.

But the photo got Zuckerberg into trouble with the anti-vaccination lobby, a group that considers vaccines a conspiracy on the part of pharmaceutical companies to maximise their profits by plugging unnecessary drugs. The lobby also holds vaccination responsible for disorders like autism and Down’s Syndrome in children.

Many Facebook users sympathetic to that view, slammed Zuckerberg.
