A day after the suicide bombing that devastated Manchester, following Ariana Grande’s concert, a Muslim man comforted an elderly Jewish lady as the duo prayed together at a floral tribute to the victims of the attack that killed 22 people.
Sadiq Patel comforted Renee Rachel Black, who looked visibly upset, and he prayed next to her at the floral vigil in Albert Square.
Manchester’s Muslim, Christian, Sikh and Jewish community were brought together at the vigil, in their show of unity and defiance against terrorism.
