Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump promised his countrymen that “safety will be restored” in the US once he is elected as the President of the nation in January 2017, in his acceptance speech at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland.
Trump was nominated as the Republican presidential candidate for the November general elections at the Cleveland Convention.
Many have witnessed this violence personally, some have even been its victims. I have a message for all of you: the crime and violence that today afflicts our nation will soon come to an end. Beginning 20 January 2017, safety will be restored.
