A 12-year-old boy who has cerebral palsy got booed at a rally, only to meet with President Obama the next day.

JJ Holmes has been sitting at his home in Florida for months, waiting to go to a rally to show his disdain for the candidate who has mocked a disabled journalist in the past, among the scores of other people he has humiliated.

On Saturday, his mother Alison took him to a Trump rally, as reported by Washington Post.

Even though it was a long drive from his home in Longwood to Tampa, he was prepared with chants he had programmed into his computer vocalisation device. Once in the arena, he played the chants of “Dump Trump” and “Trump mocks the disabled”.
It wasn’t that loud, Trump was laughing about how his supporters drown out JJ. So my daughters and I started chanting.

As the crowd turned rowdy, Trump also joined in his supporters to speak against JJ.

Oh, we have a Hillary Clinton person. Are they paying that person $1,500? Get him out, please. Get him out.

His supporters started pushing JJ’s wheelchair and others started screaming “child abuser” and “grab her p**sy” at Alison, as they got escorted out.

JJ’s experience did not go unnoticed as a journalist who was at the event spoke to the Florida press secretary for Hillary Clinton. They made sure that the 12-year-old got to the rally the next day where Obama was speaking in support of Clinton.

It finally happened as JJ got to meet the president whom he loves and got to shake his hand and also asked Obama “Can you vote?”

He just wanted to make sure he could vote for Hillary Clinton.

JJ’s mother said he feels like he really made a stand after visiting the Trump rally and then getting to meet President Obama.
