Mexico’s Guelaguetza Festival is an 83-year-old tradition drawing thousands of visitors who flock to Mexico for the folk dances, parades, marching bands and display of crafts.

Dozens of giant, brightly coloured paper balloons were flown by participants from Mexico, Brazil and Colombia.
