CLAIM

In a viral video, a man with a baby in his hands is seen calling a woman ahead of him who has apparently forgotten her baby in an auto. The woman appears to be busy on the phone as the man yells to ask her if the baby is hers.

Multiple social media users shared the video and criticised the woman’s parenting.

DailyHunt and another website named News Track carried the same report.

WHAT IS THE TRUTH?

The viral video is of a shooting sequence and is not a real life incident.

WHAT WE FOUND

On one of the viral tweets, multiple users pointed out that the video is of a set up shoot and not of a real life incident.

“This man is an actor. Famous in gujarati theatres and also seen in Taarak mehta ka ooltah chashma many times. This must be some scene frm a tv/film (sic),” one Twitter user said.

One can also see a crowd gathered near the spot shown in the video.
