CLAIM
A Facebook page by the name of ‘Arvind Kejriwal Fans’ shared a photo of an illuminated building, claiming it to be a Delhi government school.
Within two hours, the post had over 130 shares and 420 likes.
TRUE OR FALSE?
While it is not edited in any manner, the claim of it being the photo of a Delhi government school is false.
A reverse image search of the photo led us to a Facebook page called ‘Kamalnath Chhindwara Mp India’, where the aforementioned photo was shared on 28 February.
The post further claimed that on 28 February, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath had inaugurated the newly built Chhindwara Medical College earlier that day.
When we searched the internet with the keywords Chhindwara Medical College, we came across a tweet by the official handle of the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) Madhya Pradesh, which too had shared the same photo as that of the Chhindwara Medical College.
A closer angle of the same building, shared by a user on Twitter, also shows the name of the building, which clearly states that the structure is, in fact, the Government Medical College, Chhindwara.
The official website of the Chhindwara Medical College too has the same set of photos on its homepage.
