RJD spokesperson Manoj Jha, addressing a press conference on Saturday, expressed his disapproval of the special CBI court's verdict that pronounced Lalu Prasad Yadav guilty in the second fodder scam case.

Questioning the credibility of the CBI probe, Manoj Jha said that "legally admissible evidence provided by us was set aside."

He also alleged that the "regime" is attempting to scare them but they will fight back with the “kind of evidence” they have.

The kind of evidences we have, we will get redressal at a higher court. Politically I know this regime, they have this typical standard operating procedure – try to make a deal with your opposition, if you fail... scare them. I want to tell them – your end has begun.
Manoj Jha

Senior RJD leader Raghuvansh Prasad Singh said that the party would move the high court against a special CBI court order convicting party chief Lalu Prasad.
