In a press conference, former AAP Minister Kapil Mishra launched the ‘Let’s Clean AAP’ campaign, in an attempt to weed corruption out of the party. Mishra also appealed to those people who felt disenfranchised by the current state of the Aam Admi Party, to join him in his effort to fight against those people, whom he believes have attempted to hijack the party.
Mishra also apologised to former AAP members Prashant Bhushan, and Yogendra Yadav, for standing by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s side, despite their warnings that corruption existed within the party.
Mishra then launched the ‘Let’s Clean AAP Campaign’, and urged people to give a missed call at 7863037300 to join.
He said that once people call on this number, a meeting will be convened where the issues relating to the AAP will be discussed, as well as the direction of the movement, going forward.
The sacked minister then volleyed accusations of corruption towards CM Arvind Kejriwal.
