Back from his trip to Finland, Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was greeted with an ink attack outside the Lieutenant Governor’s office on Monday morning.

The man who threw ink at the AAP leader said he was angry over Sisodia’s absence even as Delhi reeled under a chikungunya and dengue epidemic.

He went abroad using our money while the people of Delhi are suffering.

Shukla has been detained and is being interrogated, said DCP North Madhur Verma.

Last week, Union Health Minister JP Nadda had also been attacked with ink at AIIMS Bhopal by medical students demanding better facilities.
