Screenshots of WhatsApp messages shared by the victim with her colleague are a crucial part in Mumbai Police's 275-page chargesheet against The Viral Fever (TVF) founder and CEO Arunabh Kumar in connection with the sexual harassment case.
Along with these screenshots, the chargesheet, which was filed in the Andheri metropolitan magistrate court on 9 May, constitutes statements of 14 witnesses, reported Times of India.
The chargesheet, as quoted by TOI, says:
The TVF founder found himself embroiled in controversy as allegations of sexual harassment were levelled against him by several women on social media. Two FIRs were registered against him successively on 29 March and 30 March on the basis of complaints by two women who Kumar had worked with.
Kumar was arrested on 22 April, but was given interim bail on the same day.
