The Modi government has announced an initiative roping in 3,000 beggars, starting with those who sing on Mumbai’s local trains, to sing songs about sarkari campaigns like ‘Swachh Bharat’, ‘Beti Bachao’, ‘Beti Padhao’ and ‘Jan Dhan Yojna’. Will this outreach effort help in spreading awareness about the government’s mandate? Will it improve the lives of these beggars in any way? Watch the video to find out and do leave your comments.
