Vigilance Dept to Investigate Soil Scam Involving Lalu, Tej Yadav

On Saturday, the Bihar government handed over the investigation of the Soil Scam to the vigilance department.
Rashtriya Janata Dal supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav and his son Tej Pratap Yadav are accused in the scam.
Tej Pratap reportedly awarded a 90-lakh contract to fill the earth in the Patna Zoo to a company, which will be taking soil from a mall site, where his siblings and his mother are shareholders.
