The Tree of Hope: A Fundraising Event for Chennai Flood Victims

Donors can contribute Rs 1500 and above and have a leaf with their message and names on it.

The Tamil Nadu floods left the state crippled. At the last count by police, the state-wide casualty stood at 427, including 134 in Chennai.

With areas still emerging from the flood-ravaged state in the city of Chennai and victims of the flood still recuperating, Chennai Expats and Artist of Change welcome you to their fundraising event The Tree of Hope at the Arcot Foundation in Chennai on the December 11.

This event, organised by Chennai Expats has been initiated by Rahool Saksena, Artist-in-Residence at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Donors can contribute Rs 1500 and above and have a leaf with their message and names on it, which may be collected at the end of the season.
