The Quint bagged two awards at the RedInk Awards held at Jamshed Bhabha Theatre in Mumbai on Friday, 28 June.

The Quint’s Tridip Kanti Mandal won the award in the category Human Rights (TV) for his report covering the issue of National Register of Citizens (NRC).
The Quint’s Vatsala Singh won the award in the category Lifestyle & Entertainment (TV) for her story ‘Don’t Be a Drag, Just Be a Queen’: The Indian Drag Scene Is Here.
In the 9th year now, the RedInk Awards have been instituted to promote best practices among journalists and “encourage good quality writing, fair play and high ethical standards.”
