The Sikh man alleged, via video, that a firm in Saudi Arabia, that he and his son were employed with, owed them a total of around Rs 10 lakh in unpaid salaries. The man alleged that the company owed him 35,000 rial (Rs 6 lakh), and owed his son 17,000 rial (around Rs 3 lakh).

The man sought the help of the Indian embassy in Saudi Arabia and said that he had a problem with his leg, which could lead to an amputation if left untreated.

Swaraj assured him of help and tagged the Indian Embassy in Riyadh on the post.
