On Thursday, Supreme Court asks Haji Ali Dargah Trust in Mumbai to demolish all encroachments in and around the Dargah.
The court assured that 171 square metre land on which the mosque is built will be protected, but the rest has to be removed and demolished.
A bench headed by Chief Justice JS Khehar made it clear that it was willing to pass some orders on Thursday as there was no dispute that there were encroachments around the Dargah.
