Congress president Sonia Gandhi was admitted to Sri Ganga Ram Hospital in New Delhi on Sunday after she suffered from a bout of food poisoning.
Chairman of the Board of Management of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital DS Rana said that she is doing better and is to be discharged soon.
Gandhi’s health has been under the scanner since last year, after she was admitted at Sri Ganga Ram for a viral fever. Earlier in August 2016, she was admitted into the same hospital after she fell ill during a roadshow in Varanasi.
