The Shillong Chamber Choir, founded in 2001 by Neil Nongkynrih, sings a variety of music ranging from Bollywood to Western Classical.

This time the versatile choir has performed with the Vienna Chamber Orchestra for the ‘Jodhpur One World Retreat ‘15’ at the Umaid Bhawan Palace.

And they’ve chosen Dil Hai Chota Sa from composer AR Rahman’s debut film Roja.

Over the years the Shillong Chamber Choir have performed with the Fitz William Quartet, Shankar Ehsaan Loy and even Usha Uthup. Their Christmas album in 2011 became the highest selling album in the country under the non-cinematic music category.

The concept and music re-arrangement was done by Neil Nongkynrih. Here’s the video of their performance at the Umaid Bhawan Palace.
