In yet another incident of public apathy, an 18-year-old boy in Karnataka lay bleeding on the road for 25 minutes as onlookers clicked pictures and videos of him, instead of rushing him to a hospital.
The teenager was later taken to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
