The Simhasth Kumbh Mela at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh came into news on Saturday for a special reason. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s wife Jashodaben Modi took the holy bath at the Kumbh Mela, and paid a visit to the Mahakaleshwar temple.
While visiting the temple, Jashodaben was no different from the other devotees. She waited in queue, like any other follower. She was accompanied by a few members of her family as well.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also be arriving at Ujjain, to attend the Vaicharik Kumbh. He is scheduled to be present at the three-day Vaicharik Kumbh, which will be held between 12 May and 14 May.
