After almost three weeks of spike in fuel prices due to a drone strike in Saudi Arabia, the prices have been reduced by government-owned fuel retailers on Thursday, 3 October.

The petrol prices had spiked in the aftermath of the 14 September drone strikes on one of the country's largest oil facilities. The attack on the Aramco facility had nearly halved more than half of Saudi Arabia's manufacturing output.
However, crude prices have falled every day since the past seven days, and is now nearly lowest in almost two months, a LiveMint report added.
