Liquor baron Vijay Mallya speaks up (read tweets) for the first time after ‘escaping’ from the country.
The business tycoon through his Twitter sounded rather sinister when he asked media houses not to forget “help, favours, accommodation” “which are documented” and not to sit on judge’s seat.
Mallya further clarifies that he has not fled the country
and he is an “international businessman” which needs him to travel frequently
out of the country.
He also slammed Times Now and asked the channel’s editor to “be in prison clothes and eat prison food for libel, deceit, slander and absolutely sensational lies.”
Times Now held a debate on Thursday’s Newshour on Mallya, which
might have infuriated the MP, who is right now out of the country.
