The results of the Maharashtra SSC Class 10 results were announced by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE), at 1 pm on 8 June. The pass percentage of Maharashtra Class 10 results stand at 89.41% this year. As per the information shared by Maharashtra State Board, this year 16,36,250 students registered of which 16,28,613 students appeared and 14,56,203 students passed in Class 10th.
The results were declared on the official website: mahresult.nic.in. Alternatively, students can also check their results examresults.net/maharashtra or results.maharashtraeducation.com or maharashtraeducation.com.
The Maharashtra SSC Class 10 examinations were conducted between 1 March and 24 March. India Today reported that 125 students scored 100 percent in the exam this year. Additionally, 63,331 students across the state have scored 90 percent and above.
In 2017, there were 17,66, 098 Maharashtra students who had registered for the SSC 2017 exams. Of these, 16,89,239 appeared for the exams for the first time, while the rest were repeated candidates.
Around 4,728 exam centres were set up in 2017 for the 9,89,908 girls and 7,76,190 boys who took the exam.
Out of these, the girls have passed the exam with flying colours and as many as 91.97 percent girls clearing the exam, while 87.27 percent of boys are declared passed.
