Two Dead as House Explodes in Lucknow, Many Feared Trapped
A probe into the cause of the explosion is currently underway.

Two people were killed in an explosion that took place inside a house in Kakori area of Lucknow on Monday, 4 June, reported ANI.
One of the deceased has been identified as Ramsharam. The other, a woman, could not be identified as she was blown to bits, PTI quoted the Superintendent of Police, Lucknow (Rural), Gaurav Grover, as saying.
According to PTI, the explosion took place at around 11 am at the residence of a man who has been identified as Nasir. The intensity of the blast damaged other buildings in the area as well.
Many persons were feared trapped inside the building, reported Times Now.
The police have reached the spot. A probe into the cause of the explosion is currently underway, although prima facie cause seems to be some explosives that were stored in the house, reported PTI.
