Lalit Modi and Vyapam Disrupt Both Houses of the Parliament

The second day of the Parliament’s Monsoon Session witnessed both its houses adjourned over Lalitgate and Vyapam.

On the second day of the Monsoon Session, both houses of the Parliament got adjourned because of the disruption caused by the oppositions’ rigorous demands.

The opposition was adamant about Sushma Swaraj’s resignation. They refused to take up any debate without the resignation of the Foreign Minister, accused of favouring Lalit Modi.

The opposition also attacked the government on the Vypam scam and demanded the Prime Minister’s vote on ongoing issues.
