A goods train derailed in Khelari area of Dhanbad district in Jharkhand on Tuesday, 19 February.
According to a News18 report, the train derailed after Naxals blew up the railway track. However, there is no official statement about the cause of the derailment.
The derailment has affected services on the track. Three trains have been cancelled and three others have been delayed or diverted.
The train derailed between Khalari-Ray stations of Barkakana-Garhwa Road section of the Dhanbad Division, according to the Eastern Central Railways.
