Residents Protest Toll on DND Flyway, Allow Cars to Pass For Free

  • Residents and members of Janhit Morcha have been agitating for removal of the toll on the Delhi-Noida-Delhi (DND) flyway, since Sunday, as they launched an indefinite protest against it.

  • The protesters, led by former minister Nawab Singh Nagar, has opened the flyway for cars to pass through, without paying the toll-tax.

  • Nagar said the protest it is not politically motivated. Federation Of Noida RWA President NP Singh said they have filed a petition with the Allahabad High Court, with the hearing almost over and the decision expected soon.
