The Quint takes you through its journey from India to Pakistan a day after the historic Kartarpur Corridor was inaugurated. We succeeded in capturing the excitement of pilgrims, the security measures taken by both the countries, and the message of peace and tranquility spread by devotees.
A pilgrim is required to be a passport holder to apply for a visit to Gurudwara Kartarpur Sahib via the Indo-Pak Kartarpur corridor. He/she does not need to take visa but have to apply online at prakashpurb550.mha.gov.in/kpr at least 15-20 days ahead. The applicant will get a confirmation from the Ministry of Home Affairs 4 days before the date of travel the pilgrim has applied for.
Apart from these documents, the pilgrim should carry 20 dollars to pay the fees imposed by the government.
