Entry-level professionals can breathe easier now. According to an analysis by TimesJobs.com RecruiteX, data since 2011 has shown an increasing demand for people who have zero to two years of experience and the trend is likely to continue.

Hiring will be at its peak in the upcoming three months, during the July- September period, and the analysis shows that there has been a significant 6% rise in registration on the portal between July and September.

During the last two years, the demand for entry-level professionals increased. The average rise stood at 7 percent.

The report further said that recruitment has been high for the e-commerce players. A few reasons behind this spike are bonus payouts, salary increments which usually come into effect from April, and campus placement.
