Senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh on Tuesday goofed up with a Twitter post, wherein he said former External Affairs Minister, late Dinesh Singh, was a member of Rahul Gandhi's Cabinet.
He later deleted the tweet, and replaced the name "Rahul Gandhi" with the then Prime Minister "Rajiv Gandhi".
Digvijaya Singh posted a video on Twitter, produced by former Congress MP Rajkumari Ratna Singh, who he said is the daughter of late Dinesh Singh.
"Rajkumari Ratna Singh, ex-MP, is the daughter of late Raja Dinesh Singh ji, who was a Cabinet Minister in Indira Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi's Cabinet," Digvijaya Singh had tweeted.
However, Dinesh Singh was a Cabinet Minister in the cabinets of Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi.
Later, he deleted the tweet and replaced it with another tweet: "Rajkumari Ratna Singh, ex-MP, is the daughter of Raja Dinesh Singh ji who was a Cabinet Minister in Indira Gandhi and Rajeev Gandhi's Cabinet."
In August last year, Singh made a similar slip of tongue, referring to PoK as “India-occupied Kashmir” while criticising Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s utterances on Pakistan.
