According to the Union Health Ministry data, there are currently 17,13,413 active cases across the country, while 2,63,90,584 patients have been discharged so far, with 2,11,499 discharges reported in the last 24 hours.

As many as 35,37,82,648 samples have been tested for COVID-19 in the country till 2 June, of which 21,59,873 samples were tested on Wednesday, the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) said.
