Maharashtra has reported the highest number of cases at 690, followed by Tamil Nadu at 571 and Delhi at 503.

The number of infections reported has steadily increased over the past one week, with a significant chunk of the cases linked to the Tablighi Jamaat congregation held in south Delhi in mid-March.
