Arnab Goswami’s playing turncoat again. His latest flip-flop? On beef politics in India.
While at Times Now, Arnab had ranted against the Maharashtra government for imposing restrictions on consumption of beef. Yet, at Republic TV, the news anchor is quite happy to aim his guns at those organising beef fests in the country.
The protests, and Arnab’s opposition to them, come in the wake of the Centre’s restrictions on sale of cattle for slaughter. And now, thanks to a Congress party functionary, there’s a video of Arnab facing off against Arnab on the beef debate.
Gaurav Pandhi, a member of the Congress’ Digital Communication team, uploaded a video of Republic’s Arnab clashing with Times Now’s Arnab over the beef row.
The contrast between the arguments Arnab made then versus those he’s making now is as apparent as the difference between day and night.
Here, have a listen to the entire video.
Now, that’s what you call a debate!
