Prasar Bharati, India’s largest broadcasting agency, took to Twitter to congratulate Anshu on her historic achievement:
Previously, Anshu had held the record for being the only woman in the world to have climbed Mt Everest twice within 10 days. She had conquered the peak twice between 12 and 21 May 2011, and made her third successful attempt on 18 May 2013.
