Amul Joins in on Prayers for Siachen Survivor Hanumanthappa

Lance Naik Hanumanthappa Koppad, was critical on Wednesday, doctors said.

Hanumanthappa was admitted at the Army Research and Referral Hospital in New Delhi. Doctors said on Wednesday evening that “despite aggressive therapy and supportive care”, his conditions worsened.

As the nation prays for this soldier who was miraculously rescued almost a week after a deadly avalanche that left nine soldiers dead, Indian Dairy Cooperative, Amul has also joined in the prayer.

Amul is known for its quirky and appealing advertisements which deal with contemporary issues.
