After Being Charged With Murder, Indrani Wants to Divorce Peter

The two accused were charged with murder and criminal conspiracy in the Sheena Bora case on Tuesday.

Sheena Bora murder accused Indrani Mukerjea on Tuesday told a special CBI court that she wants to file for divorce from her husband, former media tycoon Peter Mukerjea. She sought the court’s permission to file her divorce papers.

Stating that it is a personal matter, the judge informed Indrani that she does not require permission from the trial court.

Earlier on Tuesday, the court had charged Indrani, Peter and Indrani’s ex-husband Sanjeev Khanna with murder and criminal conspiracy in the case.
