Dear Mankirat,
Photography is a good option as a full-time job. There are various colleges in India that offer bachelor, diploma and even certifications in photography. However, the college that you choose to pursue photography from doesn’t matter much in this field and it is the internships and training sessions that help you secure a good job. Hi Aditi,
I’m afraid you will not be eligible for M.Sc in Mathematics with a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering. M.Sc Mathematics is not only a specialised course, but is also an advanced PG course that requires appropriate preparation at the bachelor level in order to become qualified for the same. This is the reason why universities in India require you to pursue a bachelor degree in mathematics in order to pursue M.Sc Mathematics.
I suppose you will be eligible for M.Sc in Geology since you are a Civil Engineering major but the exact eligibility criteria will vary from institute to institute and university to university. Check with the specific universities where you want to apply in order to be sure. You will definitely be able to apply for an M.Sc. Geology in universities abroad, after qualifying through the appropriate entrance exam. Some foreign universities may even consider you for M.Sc in Statistics and M.Sc Mathematics.
Good luck!
