The situation in Chennai is still quite grim but there is one picture that tickled Twitter’s funny bone.

The Press Information Bureau was the talk of Twitter on Thursday as some of its rather enthusiastic colleagues did this:

PIB probably didn’t imagine what a gigantic goof-up it was. Not to worry. Twitter made sure the message was received.
