Minor Girl Kidnapped and Raped in Bihar, RJD MLA Arrested

The Patna Range DIG has ordered the arrest of RJD MLA Rajballabh on charges of rape and kidnapping of a minor girl.

Rajballabh Yadav, RJD MLA from Nawada constituency in Bihar, allegedly kidnapped and raped a minor girl from the Nalanda region. The Patna Range Deputy Inspector General (DIG) has ordered the arrest of the MLA from Lalu Prasad Yadav’s party, on Saturday.

The case seems to be true, based on evidence collected. Victim’s statement recorded, probe underway.

The Bihar government has come under fire recently for the increasing number of cases of law and order disruption. Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) leader, Chirag Paswan went as far as to suggest President’s Rule is the state.
