Kate and William Visit Taj Mahal, Recreate Princess Diana Moment

The Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge visited the Taj Mahal on their final day in India on Saturday. Prince William and wife Kate Middleton were on a six-day visit to India.

The two were photographed sitting on the same bench where Prince William’s late mother, Princess Diana sat 24 years ago.

Rumours of Prince Charles and the Princess of Wales’ breaking marriage had started doing the rounds a little before their visit to India.

According to the Time magazine – It was Princess Diana’s Taj Mahal visit in February of 1992, which was considered to be one of the major confirmations of the bygone royal couple’s divorce.

The royal couple also received a welcome from the Twitter handle of Taj Mahal known for its rather unusual start on Twitter, few months ago.

The two royalties have visited various places in the country, including Kaziranga, Mumbai and Delhi.
