Mumbai, Dec 31 (IANS) TV actors like Namish Taneja and Abeer Soofi say that they plan to work harder in the coming year and focus on their well-being, among other things.
"For the past 20 years, my resolution has been to work hard till I'm 32 and after that, have a relaxed and fun-filled life. Right now I'm 24 so, I have eight more years to fulfil this resolution," Namish, who essays the role of Samar in the show "Main Maayke Chali Jaungi Tum Dekhate Rahiyo", said in a statement.
"I aspire to work much harder than the previous year so that I can make a mark for myself while learning and growing as an individual. I will ring in 2019 with my family and friends," he added.
Abeer of "Mere Sai" fame shared that his New Year resolution is the same as it has always been. "I should not hurt anyone and to help people as much as I can. I always prefer to celebrate my New Year with my friends and family, but this time my mom is not going to be there with me, so I'll be ringing in the New Year in Mumbai by going out for dinner," he said.
Actress Ashnoor Kaur will be welcoming the New Year by going to the Gurudwara in Nanded.
"My New Year resolution is quite common. I'll dedicate at least one hour for the well-being of my body every day and exercise in any form, be it dancing or working out in the gym or swimming because I tend to get lazy at times," said the "Patiala Babes" actress.
Actor Aniruddh Dave wants to "revive my hobby of reading and writing which I feel will fuel my creative side".
"Chandragupta Maurya" actor Kartikey Malviya shared that he will be giving his board examination so, he wants to work harder and "focus on my education along with my work".
