A 16-year-old boy was attempting to take a selfie on the railway tracks when he was run over by a train Sunday evening in Chennai. The victim was a second-year student of Poonamallee Aringnar Anna government higher secondary school.
The victim was with a group of friends on his way back from a zoological park in the area when he noticed an electric train speeding by. This is when he decided to go closer to take a selfie, which ended in the tragedy.
