On Tuesday, a Rajasthan court hearing the black buck poaching case under Arms Act against Salman Khan allowed the defence to re-examine a prosecution witness.
The prosecution witness in question is former district magistrate Rajat Kumar Mishra. Before this, the application for the re-examination of Mishra had been rejected by the trial court in March this year.
Additional Public Prosecutor Dilip Singh had objected to the plea of Khan arguing that adequate opportunities have already been given to Salman’s counsel for examination of the witnesses.
