San Francisco, Sep 23 (IANS) Anand Mahindra, Chairman of Mahindra Group, took to Twitter to share a video of a Russian toddler, born without arms, learning to feed herself using her legs.
Mahindra said the boy in the video reminds him of his own grandson, whom he is currently visiting.
"Been seeing my grandson recently, which is why I couldn't restrain the tears when I saw this Whatsapp post," wrote Mahindra while sharing the video.
"Life, whatever its imperfections and challenges, is a gift; it's up to us to make the most of it," he wrote. "Images like this help me retain my unfailing optimism."
Since being shared on social media, the video has received over 50,000 'likes' and more than 10,000 'retweets' along with praises for the toddler.
"Made my eyes moist but was equally proud of the fact that the kid was self dependent. Be blessed always," a user wrote.
"God is not biased to anybody. If he takes something, to redeem that he gives something," wrote another.
According to 10 Daily, the kid was adopted when she was just 12 months old from an Ekaterinburg orphanage where she was left after her birth.
